Description
Our pasture-raised chicken hearts are a true farm-to-table delicacy that many Ozarks families have enjoyed for generations. Raised outdoors on fresh pasture, our chickens spend their days in the sunshine with fresh air, green grass, and natural forage. We move them to fresh pasture twice each day, giving them clean ground and a healthier environment while raising every flock in small batches with hands-on care.
If you’ve only seen organ meats as an afterthought at the grocery store, you’re in for a surprise. Chicken hearts are one of the most flavorful and nutrient-dense cuts on the bird. Rich in protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins, they’re prized by home cooks, hunters, and chefs alike. Choosing pasture-raised hearts means you’re making the most of the whole animal while supporting a local farm that believes in raising food responsibly and minimizing waste.
Whether you’re recreating a recipe passed down through generations or trying something new, our chicken hearts offer honest flavor and exceptional quality you can feel good about serving your family.
